Dylan Choi

Dylan Choi is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Project Sprout. A resident of La Cañada, California, Dylan attends La Cañada High School. Prior to attending La Cañada High, Dylan attended the Chandler School. In recent years, Dylan has served as a Caddy at the Oakmont Country Club, an intern at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, a golf coach at the Spartan All Star Camp, and worked under his parents as an employee at Teri and Yaki. Dylan is an Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 355, a volunteer Junior Coach at the First Tee of Pasadena where he also serves as a Junior Board Member, and a peer tutor at La Cañada High School. In addition, Dylan is a nationally ranked golfer and has competed in multiple instances.  Some of his notable achievements include playing in the 2017 Nature Valley First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, a PGA event.  Dylan is also fluent in spanish and can code in HTML, Java, and C++.  At school, he is a member of the National Honor Society, the California Scholastic Federation, and has worked with a team that partnered with a group from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to enter the Nasa CubeQuest Challenge. Dylan leads avionics and propulsion development and is working on building a cube satellite to send to the moon.
